Abstract :
The paper proposes a simple modification of adaptive controller of Krstic et al. (1994a) leading to a further improvement of its parametric robustness and transient performance. This improvement is achieved with the use of a new form of the plant parametrization. The theoretical results are illustrated by a simulation comparison.
