Abstract
Hybrid systems are those that have a mixture of continuous and discrete valued state variables and a combination of continuous and discrete dynamics. The modeling framework of hybrid systems has received considerable attention over the past few years. The modeling framework is aimed to build a mathematical model which is suitable for complex dynamical analysis and control synthesis using hybrid systems. This paper shows that the linear impulsive differential equations may promote a unified framework for hybrid systems modeling.
