Abstract :
This paper displays some simulated results on both subcooled boiling and saturated boiling in microchannel, where VOF (volume-of-fluid) was employed for vapor and liquid govern equations, and surface tension was considered on the function of bubbles since the Marangoni convection heat transfer is important on bubble behavior in the simulation scale. According to simulated results, their flow patterns of two phase flow in micro channel were analyzed, their heat transfer performance related to bubbles behavior were discussed. Bubble behavior in boiling process leaded to visible difference on the whole heat transfer performance in the two phase flow in microchannels.
