Abstract
In this paper, we describe A Navigational Tool for Visually Impaired people. The design and implementation of the assistive technology or Navigational Tool helps to visually impaired persons and the persons who are facing the lower impairments problems, blind can interact with the tool to navigate himself without others help and reaches his destination easily and safely. In this paper we considered an individual house which illustrates how a blind person will move from one place to other.
