Abstract
Software application is insufficient when it does not meet both functional and non functional requirement. Usually we check the validation of non functional requirement after functional testing and any correction made after functional testing requires lots of cost and success rate becomes minimum. If a model or methodology helps to predict attributes of non-functional early in the phase of software development life cycle, it will immensely help to maintain the quality of the software application. This work will present a methodology to predict the response time of software transaction. This methodology will analyze the functional and non-functional requirement of existing software application and on the basis of that it predicts the value of performance of software application.
