Abstract :
Face recognition is a vast growing application for analyzing an image which is recently being used for security that traces the human objects and provides identification as well as verification. In this paper we will discuss about the meaning of face recognition, human features that are used for recognition of a face, stages of face recognition, the problems faced in face recognition such as illumination, pose, expression, resolution, aging, destruction cause to face.
