Abstract
In view of the fact that there are difficulties for traditional current-controlled grid-connected inverter in power decoupling and voltage regulation at point of common coupling (PCC). Voltage-controlled grid-connected inverter can cope with these issues by completing the control strategy of voltage controlled inverter. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental results, this paper proposed two PQ control methods for voltage-controlled inverter: power control mode and voltage control mode. PQ methods proposed can not only provide voltage-controlled grid-connected inverter with high power factor, but also make it equivalent to a SVC device, which helps improving grid-connected inverter interactive capabilities.
