Abstract :
Gas-dynamic equations derived from the general approach, previously proposed by the authors, are discussed. The approach is based on a new method of getting a normal solution for the generalized Boltzmann equation. New results, mainly concerning the reaction rates are presented. Impact of non-equilibrium effects is analysed.
