Abstract
This paper describes the preliminary and subsequent work before and after a combinatorial test set generation for non-functional full-automatic testing of a car infotainment system. It is an example where physical quantities (time and voltage) are used in the set of parameter combinations. This is done by transforming generated test cases with discrete values into the physical parameter value domain space. It is demonstrated why an additional “reproducible randomness” is introduced. It is also explained why and how parameters control test case execution on the basis of the Automated Combinatorial Testing for Software tool.
