Abstract
Radio sensitivity sweep is a required for regulatory certification and radio research and development (R&D). For radio R&D, the accuracy and speed of the measurement can affect the quality, cost and time to the market for a product. The traditional receiver sensitivity measurement method is a lengthy process using power stepping procedure. In this paper, we propose a novel technique of using the shape invariance of sensitivity curve in frequencies to speed up the radio sensitivity sweep test. The theoretical foundations of our method are discussed and the actual experimental procedure and interference elimination are also described in this paper.
