Abstract
The specificity of the IT-professionals labor market influencing a diversity of fuzzy state of supply and demand and multivariate nature of their matching is shown. The micro- and macro levels modelling of supply and demand interaction processes in the IT-professionals labor market are defined, their distinctive features are revealed. The statement and objective of the management problem of supply and demand for IT-professionals at the micro level are offered, the mechanism of effective selection and recruitment of IT personnel within the enterprises is developed. The identification task of matching supply and demand and the subsequent decision-making on hiring is solved using fuzzy situational analysis and fuzzy pattern recognition. The possible scenarios of supply and demand in the labor market of IT professionals, obtained after the completion of the recognition process of the most appropriate proximity rate of employer and IT-specialist "pair" among sets of real search patterns of IT professionals and standard search patterns are presented.
