  • Abstract
    We demonstrate 1λ, 6 bits/symbol, 280 and 350 Gb/s throughput with direct detection of polarization multiplexed PAM-4 intensity modulation and inter-polarization phase modulation over 4 phases at BERs of 2.5×10-3 (<;HD-FEC) and 1.6×10-2 (<;SD-FEC), respectively.
