Abstract
A new radar cross-section measurement system has been developed using the Doppler effect. Owing to this effect system output signals are signals with a large base in spite of usage of unmodulated microwaves. Amplitude of output signals are measured accordingly developed robust algorithm for point amplitude estimation. Experimental results of some test measurements at laboratory setup and also computer simulation in LabVIEW are given. The system allows radar cross-section measurements with low anechoic requirements and has a high dynamic range and accuracy.
