Abstract :
This paper reported a Pt/Au hybrid nanorobot which was designed for cancer healing durg delivery system. The Pt/Au hybrid nanorobot was designed of self-electrophoresis driving mechneium. This nanorobot was fabricated by a simple and effective fabrication method which combines Focus Ion Beam (FIB) and plasma sputtering techneque. Astable and effective manipulation process was carry out to release the nanorobot. The movement of Pt/Au hybrid nanorobot was realized and evaluated. The trajectory of the Pt/Au hybrid nanorobot proved the mechanism of self electrophoresis. The influence of H2O2 solution´s concentration on the movement of nanorobot has been evaluated.
