Abstract :
A new method of H controller order reduction is presented, the new controllability grammian matrix X is calculated according to minimal loss of information theory and a reduced H controller is obtained by using balanced truncation algorithm. The closed loop system with the reduced order H controller satisfied the performance requirements by using the proposed method. The simulation results have shown the effectiveness of the new technique by comparing with the other two methods.
