Research on talents team construction of party development in non-public enterprise

Political party organizations and party talents in non-public enterprises play a crucial role in gaining access to resources and constructing a harmonious corporate culture. After discussing the ideal of scientific talents, this paper defines the scientific connotation of a party talents construction in nonpublic enterprises, and puts forward the entire party talents construction analytical framework, that is the party talents construction “Three-step” strategy: finding talents, shaping talents, and promoting talents. Through the analysis, it can be found that non-public enterprises in China the party qualified personnel only stay in the stage of finding talents, have not yet entered the shaping talent, and promoting talents stage.
