Abstract

This research explores new service design of cloud services based on Service Supply System (SSS). Database constructs through collecting and analyzing secondly data between 2004 and 2014. The fining as follows: Finding 1 in industrialized method includes three same points, the highest of self-design, followed by collaboration, and the lowest of customer demand. Finding 2 new service design term in customization method all focused on public cloud, and neglected on financial cloud, government cloud, education cloud, and medical cloud. Finding 3 new service design term in integrated method mainly focused on self-design in public cloud, and collaboration in enterprise cloud.
