Abstract :
Satisfaction is very important issues in marketing field, however there are few researches to talk about residents. This paper built framework and hypothesis based on literatures and tested hypothesis through 309 sample size with good reliability and validity. The result showed house, neighborhood, neighbors and perceived investing value influence residential satisfaction.
