Abstract
The use of new technologies that a key resource is possible to perform transactions over the Internet. This way, marks a new stage for economic operators for the formation of contracts. In this context is favorable and habitual use of general terms - CGC -. In this work we address the problem that arises in connection with the legal system is such clauses with regard to the international electronic contracting.
