Abstract
In discrete-time Networked Control Systems (NCSs), playback buffers turn network delays into time-invariant quantities but at the potential expense of increased packet losses and delays, which can destabilize the closed-loop system. We define a class of model-based control schemes and prove stability of the closed-loop system under arbitrary connectivity patterns. We also characterize their impulse response and behavior under bounded disturbances.
