Abstract :
In this paper, we use high temperature solid phase method synthesize SrLa2-xZnO5: Eux series red phosphor at the condition of 1200 °C and 6h burning. From the PL test, we can obtain the following conclusions: the red phosphor series with rule morphology, size is about 1 ~ 3μm; and is a broadband excitation phosphor material, the strongest sharp excitation and emission peak at 465nm and 625 nm respectively, the best doping concentration of Eu3+ is 20mol%, samples can emit strong red fluorescence based on 465 nm blue light excitation. Which illustrates the phosphors are perfect blue light absorbers, so that the fluorescent material can be effectively used for white LED based on blue light excitation.
