Abstract
We demonstrate silicon nitride coupled-resonator optical-waveguide-based biosensors using visible-light-scattering pattern recognition with pixelized mode-field-intensity distributions. Our 16-microring sensor reveals 14 eigenstates. Our algorithm suggests an average sensitivity of ~ 372 RIU-1.
