Abstract :
This paper is aimed to show the efficiency of downlink control channel (PDCCH - Physical Downlink Control Channel) utilization in LTE networks. The dramatic challenge is related to very typical case when there is no signaling resources to assign the traffic channels for users. This problem is called blocked PDCCH. In this article we are going to show the results of simulation reflecting the LTE network behavior and how signaling can manage the traffic.
