Abstract :
Projects always bring change. The reason projects are undertaken is either to take advantage of an opportunity or to fix a problem. The opportunity might be that of offering a new product, or working in a more attractive environment. The problem might be improving processes, or some aspect of the project´s product. In either case, the end result will be that things will be different for the customer of the project. The project brings change to someone.
