  • Abstract
    The study of MWCNT layer deposition has been conducted by using spray method to investigate the effect of different height and volume towards the surface morphology of the layer formed. Different volume of MWCNT solution which are 0.2 ml, 0.4 ml and 0.8 ml have been sprayed on glass substrate and the intensity of the MWCNT increased concurrent with the rise of the solution volume as observed under SEM. The thickness of the layer has been measured by using Stylus profiler display an increasing thickness pattern with increase in solution volume while with increase in height of the spray towards the substrate, the MWCNT layer formed decreased distantly. The MWCNT layer sprayed with volume of 0.8 ml and height at 10 cm shows efficient tube connection and can be further used in electrical device measurement.
