Abstract
In the above-named article [ibid., vol. 61, no. 5, pp. 2735-2744, May 2013], an acknowledgment was overlooked. It should have appeared as follows: "ACKNOWLEDGMENT: After this paper was accepted, the author became aware of a mathematical proof of Kac\´s conjecture given in reference [41] using group theory" (Reference [41] is provided in this erratum as reference [2]).
