Abstract
This paper describes a spectral lamp measurement system that has the flexibility to test a wide range of incandescent and discharge lamps. Unlike preceding literature focused on sphere theory, this paper concentrates on practical topics including system components, setting-up the electrical circuits, incorporating and controlling the diverse group of instruments, and implementing measurement procedures.
