  • Abstract
    Large-scale telecommunication networks process millions of transactions daily. The authors present an approach for warehousing data about faulty networks and for mining it to find trends. Applying this approach to AT&T´s worldwide network, the authors have identified several patterns, which AT&T can use to improve network reliability.
