Abstract
In order to compute the scattering parameters of printed circuit board structures, the transfinite element method (TFEM) in conjunction with the A, v-potential formulation with edge elements has been implemented. The obtained matrix equation is sparse and symmetric and is solved by the complex conjugate gradient method with incomplete Cholesky factorization. Two simple problems demonstrate the validity of this method
