The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Transactions on Education Best Paper Award for 1980-1981 THE Administrative Committee of the IEEE Education Society is pleased to announce that the Best Paper Award for August T1980 to May 1981 has been made to John R. Glover, Jr. and James D. Bargainer for their paper, "Integrating Hardware and Software in a Computer Engineering Laboratory," which appeared in the February 1981 issue of the IEEE Transactions on Education.
