Abstract :
The inverse problem of a spectral estimation and interpolation of a bandlimited function from its samples is formulated for cases involving small perturbations in sample location. The expansion is centred on the minimum norm estimate derived by construction of a singular value decomposition (SVD) form for the inverse operator. The method is therefore applicable to jitter arising from cases of regular or irregular sampling over any interval.
