  • Abstract
    This study of the VLF fields transmitted into seawater leads to a versatile model of the E field under the interface. The experimental measurements presented agree quite well with the ground wave theory and the ray geometrical optics for rays having Brewsterian or pseudo-Brewsterian incidence
