Abstract :
To investigate discrepancies in measured and theoretically predicted values for the mobilities of domain walls (with orthorhombic anisotropy, varying depending on the in-plane axis direction), computer simulations and experiments based on the stripe domain transport method were conducted to determine stripe domain mobilities and S = 0 bubble mobilities. The simulation results agreed well with the measurements, except for differences in ¿ values obtained. Bubble shape was found to be partly, but not entirely, responsible for changes in mobility along different in-plane axis directions.
