Abstract :
This letter presents a characterization of the signal fading caused by moving vehicles near the receiver on digital terrestrial television (DTV). The results shown are based on a measurement campaign carried out in the cities of Madrid, Spain, and Bilbao, Spain, in order to explore the channel behavior. These results would help when planning DVB-T portable reception.
