Abstract
This paper presents a statistical method of characterization of the experimental first-order reversal curves diagram. The statistical factor can be used to calculate the degree of symmetry of the distribution which finally allows the identification of the mean field interaction parameter in the system and the evaluation of the Preisach distribution in the operative plane
