Abstract :
Well-written, interesting, technical articles exploring new ideas that are submitted to IEEE Potentials for publication can still become entangled in the review process when they fail to follow the guidelines for submission. The IEEE Potentials guidelines, which explain the dos and don´ts of writing an article for the magazine, can be found in numerous locations. The top ten rules listed here are a summary of the publishing guidelines for IEEE Potentials. Authors who adhere to these guidelines are more likely to see their articles go through the review process of IEEE Potentials in a timely manner
