Abstract :
The ratio of Y to Eu (= R6), and the supercooling and film growth temperatures were varied during LPE growth of (YBiEu)3(FeGa)5O12 films on the (110) face of NdGG substrate, and the resulting changes in the film orthorhombic anisotropy, the damping constant ¿, quality factors Q1, Q2, and the wall mobility ¿w were measured. Under optimized growth conditions, orthorhombic anisotropic film was obtained with Q1 = 2.2, Q2 = 1.9, and ¿w = 16.5 m/s-Oe for 0.9 ¿m diameter bubbles.
