Abstract :
A brief biography of Curtis L. Ivey is given highlighting his professional achievements. He was elected an IEEE Fellowin 1990 with the citation "for contributions to the application and design of electrical control systems and equipment for the process industries." He became an IEEE Life Fellow in 1995.
