Abstract :
A simple way to extract useful SPICE parameter relationships from curves of typical h/sub FE/ versus I/sub c/ when using the Gummel-Poon model is presented. The approach is applied to two examples. One example is provided by Motorola data sheets for the 2N2222 transistor. The second example considered is the data sheet from Unitrode´s 2N6350 Darlington bipolar transistor.<>
