Abstract :
A new hybrid technique is presented to find two-dimensional complex images of Green´s functions of microstrip structures. This technique combines the Taguchi algorithm with the BFGS gradient-based method. The analytical Green´s functions are valid over a wide range of frequencies and regions. The superiority of the technique is shown by comparing its results with the rigorous numerical integration of Sommerfeld integrals.
