Abstract :

It is shown that a result achieved in the above paper is not applicable without constraints. The statement that $n_{2} = 13$ in the case of $M = 3$ if $\\sqrt {N_{1}}$ is, at least, 6 is not always correct. If $\\sqrt {N_{1}}$ is a multiple of 5, $n_{2}= 12$ , and if $\\sqrt {N_{1}}$ is a multiple of 4, $n_{2} = 11$ .
