  • Abstract
    It is shown that a result achieved in the above paper is not applicable without constraints. The statement that n_{2} = 13 in the case of M = 3 if \\sqrt {N_{1}} is, at least, 6 is not always correct. If \\sqrt {N_{1}} is a multiple of 5, n_{2}= 12 , and if \\sqrt {N_{1}} is a multiple of 4, n_{2} = 11 .
