China Communications is an English-language academic publication officially geared towards research institutes, universities, enterprises and regulatory authorities worldwide in the field of Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs). Jointly sponsored by the China Institute of Communications (CIC) and the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc), China Communications is committed to publishing high-quality papers that promote worldwide exchange in the ICTs feld.
