Abstract
Results of research on fast discharges in a low-inductive capillary tube with a close-placed return coaxial conductor are presented. Main attention was given to the study of questions that are connected with matching the processes that occur in a generator of high-voltage pulses, transporting line, and capillary tube. The main purpose of this matching was optimization of transfer and transformation of energy, which focuses on effective obtainment of nonequilibrium plasma
