The EIAMUG project-intelligent actuation and measurements as users need them

Organisations controlling industrial production processes need better support from measurements and actuation, in particular for maintenance and technical management of their automation systems, New ´intelligent´ field devices with digital communications could support the additional user needs, provided that they are correctly conceived and developed. The EIAMUG project is endeavouring to open and promote a formal dialogue between automation equipment users and suppliers aimed at provision of equipment that supports the needs expressed by the users.
