  • Abstract
    Linear time-lag systems containing a constant parameter \\varepsilon are considered. The problem is to find an optimal control which minimizes a given cost functional subject to a given sensitivity side constraint involving the parameter \\varepsilon Necessary and sufficient conditions for an optimal control are investigated.
