Abstract :
The influence of a direct transport current Idc on the diamagnetic response of Bi2Sr 2Ca2Cu3Oy ceramics as a function of temperature T has been investigated experimentally. The real χ\´(T) and imaginary χ"(T) parts of AC susceptibility shift toward lower temperatures, and the hysteretic loss values decrease as Idc increases. In contrast to what is observed with increasing exciting magnetic field Hac, increase of Idc does not broaden the transition regimes in χ\´(T) and χ"(T )
