  • Abstract
    A novel type of inductor/capacitor hybrid element made of ferrite only is proposed, since ferrite possesses both magnetic and dielectric properties. The author describes the configuration of a prototype hybrid element and its frequency characteristics. An inductor/capacitor chip element is also developed by using the technique of fabricating chip inductors, and its application to a noise filter is shown
