    For original paper see C. Schuster and W. Fichmer, IEEE Trans. Electromagn. Compat., vol. 43, p 416-425, (2001). This paper gives a correction to the equation for the wave impedance ηpp of an outgoing radial parallel plane wave, there being a subscript "r" missing from one of the terms.
