  • Abstract
    This note successfully combines the two techniques of Prasada Rao and Sivakumar, namely the iterative shift algorithm for identifying time-lag systems [5] and the basic technique of system identification via Walsh functions [1] and illustrates how Walsh functions may be employed to identify systems with unknown time lags.
