Abstract :
A model is constructed of a garbling decision maker-one who randomizes his decision in response to the quantity of information he uses to make his decision. This model is supposed to capture the effects of bounded rationality on decision making and is imbedded in a team problem to model the organization designer´s problem. A few results are derived from the linear-quadratic-Gaussian static team formulation developed here.
